After the political leaders of the regions and heads of parliamentary committees, Prime Minister Edi Rama will hold a meeting with cabinet ministers today in Pogradec.

The meeting comes within the framework of the working meetings that Rama is holding on the eve of the new political season and aims to determine the government's objectives for the next phase of the mandate.

The ministers are expected to discuss the balance of work to date, identified issues, and priorities for the second year of the fourth mandate.

Meanwhile, a day earlier, Rama gathered in Pogradec the political leaders of the Socialist Party in the country's 12 regions and the heads of parliamentary committees. At that meeting, the documents "Besa", "Prania Besnike" and the platform "Pasqyrë Albania" were discussed, among other things.

The Socialist Party Assembly is also expected to convene in the first days of September. This forum has been used before by Rama to announce changes in the government and in the SP's leadership structures.
