Accident in Mirdita/ A 20-year-old victim, two others by helicopter in Tirana

Details have emerged from the accident recorded today on the Lure-Rrëshen road, in the village of Kurbnesh, Mirdita, where a car fell into a ravine.

According to a police report, a 20-year-old man was killed and two other young men were injured.

Due to their condition, the two young men were transported by helicopter to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, where they are receiving the necessary medical assistance.

On the Lurë-Rrëshen road, in the village of Kurbnesh, Mirditë, the vehicle driven by citizen AK, about 20 years old, went off the road. 

As a result, citizen CN, around 20 years old, a passenger in the vehicle, died. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle, citizen AK, 20 years old, and the other passenger, a minor, around 15 years old, were transported by helicopter to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana. 

The investigation team is at the scene and, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is carrying out procedural actions to fully document the circumstances and causes of the accident.
