Berisha stated that he will go at the invitation of a Republican Institute, where he will participate in the Republican Party conference in New York.

Berisha: The documents are at the American embassy and I have not booked any meetings. I am going, as you know, to Texas to the conference of the American Republican Party for the midterm elections. I am in a delegation of the International Democratic Union, a large delegation, which is invited by the Republican Party, the main party in the IDU, to participate in this conference.
