A citizen has denounced the condition of manholes in the city of Ballsh, raising concern about the danger they pose to residents and passersby.

According to the whistleblower for JOQ, several manholes in busy areas of the city have been left open, creating a dangerous situation, especially for pedestrians.

"Look at what is happening in the city of Ballsh. The manholes are open in the middle of the city. You can fall in in the middle of the day," the citizen says in his complaint.

According to the report, open manholes are causing damage to vehicles circulating in these areas, while the risk is even greater for children who ride bicycles or play near the roads, where they may suffer injuries.

The citizen calls on the responsible institutions to take immediate measures to close the manholes and install the appropriate covers, in order to prevent any serious incident and guarantee the safety of the residents.
