The following images are from the serious incident recorded a few days ago in Golem, where the waiter at the "Flar" hotel was brutally raped.

As can be seen from the footage, the 18-year-old waiter , Genti Nela,  was raped with punches and kicks by  Florian Habilaj , the son of the hotel owner, as well as  Enold Dragoti,  the owner's friend.

According to media reports, the fight began after the 18-year-old demanded payment for work done at the hotel. The fight escalated into a physical altercation, with other people also involved.

Following the violent episode, the Durrës Court imposed a 45-day prison sentence on Florian Habilaj and Enold Dragoti. Both are accused of attempted murder.

 

For the assessment of the security measure, the 18-year-old's uncle, Melison Nela, who was also left in prison on charges of illegal possession of a weapon, also appeared in court. After hearing the news that his nephew had been raped, Melison Nela took his Kalashnikov and went to the hotel. But the serious incident was prevented by the police, who intervened to arrest him and the 18-year-old's rapists. Meanwhile, Arbër Habilaj has also been declared wanted.
