Prime Minister Edi Rama has shed light on the discussions held during the meeting with the political leaders of the regions, held in Pogradec, which lasted about 7 hours.

In a reaction on social media after the meeting, Rama said that discussions focused on the "Besa" document, the "Loyal Presence" and the new way of communicating with the government's citizens.

One of the issues addressed was the "Pasqyrë Albania" platform, which the Prime Minister said aims to create a space where citizens have access to all institutions and can follow the handling of their requests in real time.

" From Pogradec, when the sun is setting over the lake, where Lasgushi found its enchanting inspirations and where we tried to gather together the reflections of an active vacation period, linked to the new political season, we discussed "Besa", we discussed the loyal presence; we discussed the new ecosystem of government communication, not in the sense of simply public communication, but of communication with the citizen; we also discussed the unique mirror, "Pasqyrë Albania", where citizens will have all institutions present and where the ambition is that, sooner rather than later, we reach the point where every request, every concern, every trouble of the citizen addressed to the institutions is like a postal package, the status of which is followed in real time by the sender and, on the other hand, the state, the government, the institutions follow the responsibilities and every deadline violation is seen with a magnifying glass ," said Rama.
