Murder of Albanian woman in Greece Obzova, the perpetrator forced her to kneel

The investigation into the murder of Albanian Lulieta Obzova in Nea Smyrni, Athens, has uncovered new evidence, as Greek authorities are reconstructing the last minutes of the 45-year-old's life and the movements of suspect Altin Allmuça.

At the center of the investigation are security camera footage, cell phones and evidence seized during the searches. According to Greek media reports , one of the videos obtained by investigators documents movements in the building shortly before the shooting.

The 48-year-old is alleged to have set up an ambush for the victim and left a person outside the apartment to watch her exit. When Obzova opened the door, he allegedly threatened her with a gun and forced her to kneel, before shooting her.

Investigators are also verifying whether the victim had been threatened before. The suspicions are that she feared for her life, and had even taken protective measures and changed the locks on the apartment where she lived with her daughter.

Meanwhile, a new element was discovered during the search of Allmuça's vehicle. According to sources, bullets matching the caliber of the ammunition suspected to have been used in the murder were found there.

Ballistics and other analyses are expected to help investigators determine whether the recovered ammunition is directly linked to the weapon used in the crime.
