"Only victory!" This is the message that 28-year-old Erion Vishkulli conveyed today from the hospital to the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, after being seriously injured in his left eye during a protest in Tirana.

Berisha has published the young man's message and described him as a true hero, while wishing him a speedy recovery. The DP leader also stated that the protest will continue until Prime Minister Edi Rama leaves office.

"A strong hug, a true hero. And I guarantee that this revolt will give the deserved place to Edvin Kristaq the executioner and his gang, his criminal organization ," Berisha writes.

"I sincerely wish you a speedy recovery and to return to your duties. You are a wonderful man, an ardent patriot, a good boy. I wish you all the best," Berisha's message concludes.

Erion Vishkulli was injured in his left eye during the protest in Tirana, and his case has sparked strong political reactions and debates over the use of force by the police against protesters.
