Pacolli leaves SPAK after 7 hours: I filed a criminal complaint for Vlora

Businessman from Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, has left the premises of the Special Prosecution Office after about seven hours, where he was questioned as part of the investigations into the Vlora Airport case.

After leaving the prosecution office, Pacolli declared to the media that he had filed a criminal complaint regarding this project.

" I have only filed a criminal complaint for the injustices that have been committed so far for Vlora Airport," he said.

The businessman was summoned by special prosecutors as a person with knowledge of the case. Earlier, his company, Mabco Construction, had filed a complaint regarding the obstacles, legal conflicts and administrative interventions that, according to it, affect the shares and ownership of the company "Vlora International Airport" (VIA).

The Vlora Airport project has been embroiled in a legal and administrative conflict over share ownership and management of the company in recent months. Pacolli has alleged that there has been illegal interference in the National Business Center (NBC), as well as clashes with other shareholders.

So far, Pacolli has presented these issues as allegations of irregularities and injustice, while SPAK's investigations are expected to clarify the circumstances of the conflict and possible responsibilities.
