Protest moves to Police Station No. 1, demand release of escorted persons

The 94th anti-government protest has closed in front of the Prime Minister's Office, but the rally is not over. Protesters have moved to the streets of Tirana and have begun a march towards Police Station No. 1.

Some of the protesters are marching on foot towards the police station, where they are demanding the release of people who were arrested during clashes with the police.

The evening before the Prime Minister's Office was accompanied by tensions, as protesters blocked the entrances to the building and clashed with State Police officers. 

This evening's protest also marked a change of scenery, as protesters moved from the boulevard towards the entrances to the Prime Minister's Office, demanding that Prime Minister Edi Rama come out to face them.

The rally was divided into two fronts, one group that followed the speeches in front of the Prime Minister's Office and another that positioned itself near the rear entrances of the building.

After the escalation of the situation, the protesters have decided to continue their resistance by marching in the city, now heading to Police Station No. 1. The daily protest has entered its 94th day, while the main demand continues to be the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
