New details from the arrest of Elvis Kosova in one of the coastal areas in the south of the country, in Palasa. Everything happened in the villa where the 40-year-old known as 'Visi i Garave' was staying.

Kosova raped his wife and a security guard after the latter found him in the villa with another woman. The conflict continued between the couple, where it is learned that the 40-year-old threatened his wife with an unlicensed weapon.

The police arrived at the villa, but Kosova resisted, physically clashing with the officers. 
The officers managed to neutralize Kosova and seized the firearm.

Kosova is a well-known name for authority, who was arrested in August 2024 along with a Turkish citizen, after they had set up a fraud scheme to acquire a luxury Audi vehicle, worth around 200 thousand euros, which they had rented in Germany.

In July 2025, 'Visit të garave' had a tretiol placed on the gate of his garage in the "Dry Lake" area. His name was also mentioned in the Rinas assassination where Gilmando Dani and Muçi Shaljani were executed.

The Benz vehicle that was riddled with bullets, in which Dani and Shaljani were traveling, was reported to be from Kosovo.

Kosova himself denied the connection, stating that he did not remember ever having that vehicle and that it was impossible to know about the entries and exits of cars from his company./VOICE
