The Deputy Mayor of Tirana, Blendi Sulaj, has reacted after Erion Veliaj's release from prison. He has reacted after the Mayor's decision. 

In his reaction after leaving office, Sulaj appreciates the work of the Municipality administration and says that he will dedicate himself "with impatience and full of energy" to the electoral challenge, standing alongside Ogerta Manastirliu. 

" For a year, I have held the position of Deputy Mayor for Territory Control in the Municipality of Tirana. I want to share with you the maximum appreciation for the deputy mayors, directors of departments, heads of sectors and every ordinary employee of the Municipality of Tirana. They are people who work with passion every day to serve citizens and often not in normal working conditions.

I want to thank Prime Minister Rama for the trust and support he gave me during this time, where we led the release of public spaces and the demolition of unauthorized constructions. With impatience and full of energy, I will dedicate myself to the electoral challenge in support of the Socialist Party and candidate Ogerta Manastirliu. The beautiful Tirana of Albanians, for which we will all work. Thank you!" , writes Sulaj.
