The police have issued an official announcement following the arrest of Ergys Agas.

In the announcement, the police state that Agasi was caught while traveling in a vehicle with Uljan Shpataraku, who was driving the car.

The two were arrested in Durrës, while, according to reports, they were traveling south.

"The Durrës Local Police Directorate and the operational structures of the General Directorate of the State Police, in cooperation with the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), finalized the operation codenamed "The Wanted".

As a result of the operation, citizen EA, wanted by SPAK, was arrested in Durrës.

As part of the operation, the U. S. citizen, who was traveling in the same vehicle with the wanted person E. A, was also captured and arrested, the police announced.
