Young man whose leg was broken by police during protest speaks out: I felt like

The investigative show "Fiks Fare" has conducted an interview with Ledion Balla, who is hospitalized in the Trauma Hospital after serious injuries he suffered during a collision with State Police officers a few days ago. According to the show's reporting, four police officers and the chief of crimes at Police Station No. 1 have been suspended for the incident.

Ledion is hospitalized in the Trauma Hospital, while the collaborators of the investigative show conducted an exclusive interview, where he and his mother, who is standing by his head, show that they hit him hard.

"I felt like I was hit hard. I was there in the bar and I started to run away. Then I had nowhere to go because the road was blocked. I felt it and only then did I feel it that I hit something. Hard," says Ledioni. He further adds that people are not killed in vain, as he says that he was not part of the protest. "People are not killed in vain. I go out into the street and break ..." he adds.

On the other hand, his mother says that they put iron in his leg and later he will use a physiotherapist. "Now he is in the recovery phase. They put iron in him from the knee down. Oh God, no one can save him. There is no damage to his skin or blood vessels. Only the bone is broken, the rest is not," says his mother.

At the end of the conversation, the head nurse arrives in the hospital room and asks the Fiks Fare show collaborator that they have received orders not to speak to Ledioni with anyone. "I have orders, do not meet anyone," he says, asking the collaborator to leave the room.

For this event, the State Police has suspended the 4 employees who took Ledioni in their arms as well as the chief of crimes at the Police Commissariat No. 1. Fiksi attempted to contact the Director General of the State Police, Skënder Hitaj, and obtain a statement from him. On the third day of the student protest, Hitaj was near the Prime Minister's Office. At the moment when the filming group was approaching the place where the chief police officer was standing, several other employees forcibly removed the journalist and the cameraman.

Fiksi contacts Mr. Hitaj on the phone, but he does not give any explanations. "Goodbye" he says, while not giving any statement. Immediately after this answer, Hitaj is filmed moving freely and laughing, despite the fact that his agents are filmed raping students and minors./ TCH
