The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, has reacted to the violent police escorts during the student protest in front of the Ministry of Education.
Bardhi calls on the police to stop violence against young people. Whoever raises his hand against young people, he adds, proves his fear.

The young men and women who protest for a better Albania deserve respect, not violence; answers, not repression; freedom, not intimidation!
Whoever raises a hand against the youth, proves their fear of their voice and the change they seek. No power can violently silence the voice of a generation that seeks dignity, justice, and a future in its country.
Do not confuse silence with obedience and fear with submission. Youth cannot be intimidated, cannot be bought, and cannot be stopped!
Every act of violence against students is an act against the future of Albania. And every government that chooses violence against youth accelerates the loss of its legitimacy.
Hands off the students!
